BEING ILLEGAL

There is a new and growing class of excluded people with no contact with the authorities, no legal status and no access to work.
'Being Illegal' tells the story of one of the UK's 500,000 destitute failed asylum seekers and irregular (illegal) migrants with a mixture of composed, studied imagery and an intimate and touching personal interview with 'Ahmed', one of the 'invisible' people of the UK.
Please contact Joanne for a DVD-R screener of this film.
15 minutes, DV, July 2007.
